Geoff was educated in Adelaide (Business) and Melbourne (Law). He has 30 years experience as a CEO in large and small multidisciplinary organisations in Australia and the Middle East including local government in South Australia and Victoria, public hospital and a listed company (ASX). He has been responsible for driving a number of high profile projects. Geoff is also an experienced company director and lawyer. He was appointed by the State as Administrator of Roxby Downs in February 2017 for a 3 year term.

Roy brings exclusive experience in Local Government management and economic development from across South Australia. He studied at the University of South Australia and gained a Bachelor of Management degree. Raised in the Mid North of South Australia, Roy is married to Debra and together they have 2 sons and a daughter and 2 delightful granddaughters.
