Proposed upgrade of the Hermit St playground.
The community was invited to provide submissions with regard to the upgrade of the Hermit St playground. An online survey was also conducted.
The consultation took place from Monday 5 November 9am to 6pm Monday 26 November 2018
A total of 78 people completed the survey. The survey aimed to capture the community's needs and desires with regard to the playground upgrade. The community was asked to respond to a number of questions including what elements are considered important when visiting a park/playground (eg: fencing, toilet facilities), how their children prefer to play, what respondents would most like to see in a nature play space and top play experiences.
A report is now being prepared for Council and the outcome will published in the minutes for the December 2018, ordinary Council meeting.

Sporting Ground Lease - Roxby Downs Riding Club Incorporated
The community was invited to provide submissions with regard to the review of the Sporting Ground Lease with the Roxby Downs Riding Club Inc.
The consultation took place from Wednesday 24 October to Tuesday 13 Novmber, 2018.
A report is now being prepared for Council and the outcome will published in the minutes for the December 2018, ordinary Council meeting.

The Design of a Multipurpose Pump Track
The community was invited to participate in a survey regarding design options, presented by The Trail Collective, for a Multipuprose Pump Track for Roxby Downs.
The consultation period took place from Wednesday 10 October to Wednesday 24 October 2018.
A report is now being prepared for Council and the outcome published on the Council website in December 2018.
This Consultation followed a Pump Track Community Survey which was undertaken from Monday 30 July to Wednesday 8 August, 2018. The July survey asked the community to provide input with regard to their preferences for particular pump track design elements, public facilities, landscaping eg: shaded areas and the like. 281 people responded to the first survey.

Curdimurka St Park Naming Proposal
The community was invited to participate in a survey regarding a proposal from The Rotary Club of Roxby District to consider naming the park on Curdimurka St - 'Rotary Park'.
The consultation period took place from Monday April 9 to Monday 30 April 2018.
A report is now being prepared for Council and will be released early June 2018.

Sporting Club Leases and Proposed Lease on Community Land
Several sporting club leases reached their 21 year tenure and were reviewed.
The public consultation period ran from 8 Nov to 29 November, 2017.

The policy sets out the basis for determining the price of water supply and sewerage services provided by Roxby Water. Feedback closes on Wednesday 4 January 2017.

Richardson Place Minor Upgrade
The facelift is partly funded by the ‘Places for People’ Grant from the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure. The objective of the funding is to revitalise existing public spaces that contribute to the social, cultural and economic life of the community.

Proposed works include (but are not limited to):
- Minor landscaping and removal of dead trees
- Relocation of street lights and upgrade to LEDs
- Increase the number parking bays by approximately 10%
- Increase the number of disabled parking bays
- Repair damaged kerbing
- Additional seating and tables
- Installation of shade to complement existing tree canopy

The Sport and Recreation Masterplan was extensively consulted on and brings together broad community ideas and feedback. The report focuses on what is needed to address Roxby's Sport and Recreation needs both now, in the immediate future and in the long term.
