Pulse fitness is centrally located within Roxbylink and is here to assist you in achieving your fitness goals and to maintain a healthy lifestyle through providing advanced fitness equipment in a fully air-conditioned space, along with lockers and full bathroom facilities.

Friendly and specialised staff members are always on hand to assist with your workout and to develop a specialised program to meet your needs. A variety of group fitness classes are available for just $8 per class. Pulse Fitness is like no other gym in the outback and will certainly get your heart racing!

Monthly Gym — $60 (Direct debit available)

6 Monthly Gym  — $324

Monthly Gym and Group Fitness — $100

FIFO Gym Membership — $70 (Up to 30 visits over two months)

Monthly Junior Gym — $40 (14 to 17 years of age)

The above memberships also include Indoor Pool access.

Casual Gym Visit — $12

Casual Gym 10 Visit Pass — $110

Casual Junior Gym Visit — $9

Group Fitness — $8 per class

Body Assessment

Included in your membership is a free body assessment and program constructed by one of our fully qualified staff members. Our personal trainers can assist you with any technique corrections to ensure optimum results can be achieved. To book an appointment with a one of our trainers, please see our staff at the Pulse Fitness desk.

Group Fitness

Each month we offer a range of group fitness classes that may include:

Pulse Yoga: Provides calmness, strength, flexibility both in the body and mind.

Pulse Aqua: Dive in to strengthen and tone while being gentle on the joints.

Pulse Pump: Full body workout using weights, choreographed to music.

Pulse HIIT Strength: 30 min. High intensity interval training using weights.

Pulse HIIT Cardio: 30 min. High intensity interval training using body weight.

Pulse HIIT + Core: 30 min. High intensity workout with 30 min of core workout.

Pulse Balance: Strengthen body, improve flexibility, leave feeling calm & relaxed.

RD Move It: Low impact program, a lighter pace workout.

Pulse Boxing: Punch it out with our qualified Punch Fit instructors.

Pulse Ocean Motion: Low Impact Water Resistant Cardio Program.

Pulse Circuit: Combination of weights & cardio suitable for the active who enjoy a push.

Mums & Bubs: Low Impact Circuit targeting pelvic floor. Suitable for those pregnant and/or post-natal.

Body Strength: Full body workout, using weights, choreographed to music.

Body Blast: Fully body workout with weights, boxing, and cardio. Suitable for all fitness levels.
